Beach Sweep 2019: Presented By Lookout Ford

July 4th week is one of the busiest times of the year for our community. It’s the perfect time to promote local business and share our beautiful home with those visiting for the week. However, all the fun and excitement is often accompanied by negative side effects on our local beaches. The trash left behind in the wake of the festivities can be devastating for our local ecosystem. That’s why Lookout Ford and Côte Boutique have teamed up to host Beach Sweep 2019.

Our goal is to not only clean our beaches but continue to maintain their well-being through data collection and influencing better practices by beach-goers. We plan to fill an entire Ford F-150 with trash at this year’s Beach Sweep. All participants will receive a free t-shirt, and sponsors will get a special thank you at our big event on July 6, featuring live music from DJ Don Evers and refreshments from Crystal Coast Brewery.
